This is a school-based, in-person, hourly role designed with clinicians in mind. We are currently seeking BCBAs for the current school year, as well as clinicians interested in exploring opportunities for the 2026-2027 school year. What You Will Do Responsibilities vary by placement and are aligned with your experience and preferences. Depending on assignment, you may: Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) and collaborate on IEP and BIP development Provide modeling, coaching, and collaboration with site-based educators and staff Supervise Scoot-employed RBTs (In-person supervision preferred; virtual supervision may be considered depending on placement) Perks and Compensation Earn $60+ per hour (W-2 employment) - Hourly pay is based on assignment, location, and experience. We handle tax withholdings so you don't have to. What We're Looking For:
