Comprehensive Training Position Details:

$20.00 - $24.25 per hour

Stockton and surrounding areas

Schedule:

Part-time , Monday through Friday, Saturday and Sunday availability optional.

Hours:

Must commit to a minimum of 15 hours a week between the hours of 3pm - 8pm, and a consistent schedule for at least 6 months at a time. Some morning hours may also be available. Spanish preferred, but not required

High School Diploma/GED Required Associate's or Bachelor's Degree in Behavioral Health or related field preferred Complete BTL1 Certification (Program and cost covered by company) Due to the nature of this role, providing in-home care to children, a background check is required by law. Your Role and Impact:

As a Behavior Technician, you will dive into the heart of our mission, working one-on-one with children diagnosed with ASD.

Your role will involve:

Delivering Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy in various settings, including homes, schools, and our centers. Collaborating with Behavior Analysts to implement comprehensive treatment plans. Monitoring client behavior, documenting progress, and fostering a supportive environment for skill acquisition and behavior reduction. Being an integral part of a clinical team dedicated to transforming lives through tailored intervention strategies.
