Job Description

Category Schools - BCBA Job Type Contract Step into an exciting contract opportunity and empower students through your expertise in Applied Behavior Analysis! As a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), you will play a key role in supporting school communities near Sunnyvale, CA by developing and implementing innovative behavioral intervention programs. You'll collaborate with teachers, school staff, and families to create positive change for students with diverse needs. This dynamic role will allow you to impact both individual and systemic behavioral supports, making a meaningful difference every day.
Qualifications & Desired Skills:
Active BCBA certification required Experience in a school setting preferred, but not required Strong knowledge of behavior intervention strategies and best practices Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Comfortable collaborating with multi-disciplinary teams and providing training or guidance to staff and parents Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple cases
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct behavioral assessments and develop data-driven intervention plans for students Oversee the implementation of intervention strategies and monitor progress Provide direct support, coaching, and consultation to school personnel and families Facilitate team meetings, share progress, and revise plans as needed Maintain documentation and compliance in accordance with school and regulatory standards
