9657305-92592 Job Description An exciting contract opportunity is available for a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) with a strong background in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA). This full-time role is located near Temecula, CA, and requires an immediate start. Youll play an instrumental part in supporting a school staff, including assisting a member currently on modified duty. The current caseload includes 52 cases across various stages, encompassing both yearly and weekly services as well as some Functional Behavioral Assessments (FBAs).
Key Qualifications:
Current BCBA certification is required In-depth experience and training in ABA methodologies Ability to manage a large and diverse caseload effectively Experience with both direct and consultative services in school settings Strong organizational and communication skills Willingness to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams Professional, flexible, and compassionate approach to working with staff and students
Primary Responsibilities:
Oversight and completion of ongoing and new ABA cases within the school system Conduct Functional Behavioral Assessments (FBAs) and create actionable plans Support, guide, and collaborate with school personnel, including those on modified duty Deliver both yearly review services and weekly interventions as required Maintain accurate documentation and progress records Communicate effectively with families, staff, and administration Enjoy a variety of benefits including a starting hourly rate of $58 or more, weekly pay, and access to a comprehensive benefits package (medical, dental, vision, life, and more).
