Behavior Technician (BT) | Middle and High School Club Xcite - 4.3 Thousand Oaks, CA Job Details Part-time $22 - $25 an hour 1 hour ago Benefits Paid training Paid orientation Referral program Paid sick time Qualifications School experience Teamwork CPI Certification High school diploma or GED Direct support Full Job Description Overview Club Xcite is hiring Behavior Technicians (BTs) with active CPI certification to team, providing coverage across school sites. This role is ideal for experienced BTs who value variety, flexibility, and consistent daytime hours while supporting students in structured educational settings.
Schedule:
Mon-Fri, 7:50 AM-3:30 PM (up to 29 hrs/week, school calendar)
Start Date:
School Sites in Thousand Oaks, CA Responsibilities Implement behavior intervention plans developed by a BCBA Provide direct support to students in 1:1 or classroom settings Collect and document behavioral data Collaborate with teachers, parents, and school staff Attend team meetings and training sessions Apply CPI techniques to manage and de-escalate behaviors (training provided if required) Ensure student safety and well-being Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent
CPI:
REQUIRED
