Key Responsibilities:

Conduct functional behavior assessments (FBAs) and develop behavior intervention plans (BIPs) Provide consultation and training to school staff, paraprofessionals, and families Monitor, evaluate, and modify intervention strategies as needed Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams including teachers, therapists, and school administrators Ensure compliance with IEP goals and school district guidelines Maintain detailed records and progress reports ?

Requirements:
