The BCBA serves as a clinical educator by assessing student needs, monitoring progress, training educational staff, and overseeing the effective delivery of behavioral services within the school setting. Requirements Current Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification through the BACB Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related field Experience providing behavior analytic services in school settings preferred Minimum one (1) year of pediatric experience Knowledge of behavior assessment, intervention planning, and data-driven decision making Complies with all professional standards of practice Current CPR certification, if applicable TB questionnaire, PPD, or chest x-ray, if applicable Current health certificate, if required by contract or state regulations Must meet all federal, state, and local requirements Must be at least 18 years of age Position Highlights School-Based Assignments Full-Time & Per Diem Opportunities School-Day Hours Weekly Pay W-2 Employment Benefits Available Flexible Scheduling Ongoing Opportunities Throughout the School Year Collaborative School Environments Why Join Amergis?
