    • + Conduct behavioral assessments and evaluations + Develop and oversee Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs) + Provide training and support to staff, teachers, and caregivers + Analyze behavioral data and monitor student progress + Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to improve client outcomes
