Support Behavior reduction and language acquisition
Required:
High School Diploma Reliable transportation Complete a background check and fingerprint clearance 40 hour RBT training course/ pass RBT exam Willing and eager to learn Enjoys young children Good communication skills
Preferred:
Bachelors degree in Education/ Psychology/ ABA or a related field Summary As a Registered Behavior Technician, you will be integral to delivering high-quality behavioral health support to clients, particularly children and individuals with developmental disabilities. Reporting to a Board Certified Behavior Analyst, you will utilize your core skills in patient care and medical documentation to implement care plans and manage behavior effectively. Your premium skills in applied behavior analysis and data collection will enhance therapeutic outcomes, while your strong communication skills will foster positive interactions with clients and their families. Responsibilities Implement individualized behavior intervention plans under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). Collect and record data on client progress and behaviors. Assist clients with daily living activities (ADLs) and promote skill development. Maintain accurate medical documentation and ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations. Communicate effectively with clients, families, and team members to support behavioral health goals. Participate in ongoing training and professional development to enhance skills in applied behavior analysis and behavioral therapy.
