Role:
We are seeking a dedicated Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team in the Tracy, CA area. This position focuses on supporting K-12th grade students with behavioral needs, by leading behavior intervention and developing skills within students that allow them to reach their full potential!
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct functional behavior assessments and develop individualized behavior intervention plans (BIPs). Collaborate with teachers, staff, and parents to implement and monitor BIPs effectively. Provide training and support to school staff on behavior management strategies. Analyze data to track student progress and make necessary adjustments to intervention plans. Ensure compliance with district and state regulations regarding documentation and reporting.
Qualifications:
Current BCBA certification (BCAB). Experience working with K-12 grade students in a school setting is preferred. Strong analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills. Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment. Compassionate and student-centered approach to behavioral support.
