Qualifications:
Valid Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification Experience working with school-aged children Ability to adapt to new environments and collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams Strong communication and organizational skills
Responsibilities:
Conduct functional behavior assessments and develop individualized behavior intervention plans Work directly with students and staff to implement evidence-based behavioral strategies Provide training and ongoing support for teachers, staff, and families Collect and analyze data to monitor progress and adjust interventions as needed Collaborate with IEP teams to ensure student success
