Youll be stepping in to provide essential services while covering a maternity leave through the end of the calendar year. The assignment spans two school sites and offers the chance to use your skills with a diverse middle and high school population.
Qualifications & Experience:
Active BCBA certification required Previous experience working with students in a school setting preferred Solid understanding of behavioral assessment, analysis, and intervention strategies Strong collaboration and communication skills Ability to create and monitor individualized behavior plans Adaptability and dedication to supporting student growth
Key Responsibilities:
Develop, implement, and monitor individualized behavior intervention plans for students across two sites Consult with educational staff, parents, and related service providers to ensure effective strategies are in place Conduct functional behavior assessments and provide ongoing data analysis Train and support staff on behavioral best practices and interventions Participate in IEP meetings and provide clear, actionable recommendations Document progress and maintain thorough, compliant records This assignment provides the chance to work alongside a supportive school team while broadening your expertise in the secondary school setting.
