Role:
Little Scholars Services is looking for a passionate and dedicated Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our growing team in Tustin, CA. This is an exciting opportunity to make a meaningful impact in the lives of children and families by delivering high-quality ABA therapy and clinical oversight. Responsibilities:
Conduct comprehensive behavioral assessments, including FBAs and skills assessments, for clients Develop, implement, and monitor individualized ABA treatment plans and behavior intervention plans (BIPs) Provide direct supervision and ongoing training to Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) and BT staff Track client progress through data analysis and adjust treatment goals as needed Collaborate with families, caregivers, and multidisciplinary teams to ensure continuity of care Conduct parent training sessions to support generalization of skills across home and community settings Maintain accurate clinical documentation in compliance with BACB ethics and funding source requirements
Requirements:
Current BCBA certification in good standing with the BACB Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Special Education, or related field Experience working with children with autism spectrum disorder (ASD) and related developmental disabilities Proficiency in conducting VB-MAPP, ABLLS-R, AFLS, or similar assessments Strong leadership, communication, and mentorship skills Experience with insurance-funded ABA services preferred Valid California driver's license and reliable transportation
