Behavior Technician - ABA Your Way We're a BCBA owned and clinician-led ABA company, and we're hiring Behavior Technicians who want to do ethical, respectful work with kids and families. What you'll be doing Implement behavior support plans developed by a BCBA Build rapport and work collaboratively with families Teach functional skills that matter in daily life Take simple, meaningful data Communicate regularly with your supervisor Driving no more than 20 miles to clients Job Overview We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Behavior Technician specializing in Trauma-Informed Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) to support children and individuals with developmental disabilities, including autism. This role involves implementing individualized behavioral interventions, conducting assessments, and collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to promote positive outcomes. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of behavioral therapy principles, experience working with children and individuals with disabilities, and a commitment to trauma-informed care. Pay:

$23.50 - $25.00 per hour
