SPG Therapy & Education is hiring Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to work with students with Autism and related disabilities in the school settings for the 2026-2027 School Year! Responsibilities and Duties:

Requirements:

Registered Behavior Technician Certification is required Associate's Degree preferred in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, Speech-Language Pathology, or licensed SLP-A, or related field

Required:

9 months of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) experience, (or 6 months accompanied by RBT Certification) Completion of 40 hours Registered Behavior Technician Training (may be provided by SPG, if needed) Ability to work with students in-person Bilingual Spanish skills are a plus! Driving is a key requirement for this position to effectively carry out the responsibilities of the role. As such, a valid driver's license and proof of auto insurance may be required, particularly in situations where alternate modes of transportation are either unavailable or not deemed reasonable. General Requirements Fingerprint background clearance Tuberculosis (TB) clearance
