Job Description
This Behavior Analyst role is designed for clinicians who want to stay hands-on and clinically engaged, working directly with staff and individuals in day program settings rather than operating in a clinic-only environment.
You'll support behavior services across our adult day programs in Fairfield and Vacaville, helping teams implement effective strategies, strengthen consistency, and create meaningful progress over time.

Option 1: BCBA TrackCurrent Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) in good standing with the BACBOption 2: Licensing TrackCurrent Licensed Psychologist (LP), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or other qualifying California licensure (must be independent license)Completion of at least 12 units of ABA courseworkMinimum of 2 years of experience designing and implementing behavior intervention servicesGeneral Requirements (all candidates):
Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, or a related clinical fieldStrong clinical judgment, communication, and problem-solving skillsAbility to work collaboratively while maintaining high clinical standardsValid driver's license and active auto insuranceAdditional InformationWe believe in supporting not only those we serve but also each other, ensuring a collaborative and supportive work environment for all.
