Behavior Technician

We are seeking a compassionate and energetic Direct Provider to join our dedicated team in delivering high-quality teaching and support to individuals with diverse needs. In this vital role, you will work closely with clients using play to teach essential skills, foster emotional development, self-regulation, safety, and well-being. Your enthusiasm and commitment will help create a positive environment where clients feel valued, respected, and empowered every day. Responsibilities Follow detailed service plans. Work one-on-one with clients Ability to collect data on skills and behaviors Engage clients in play-based and social activities and therapeutic programs tailored to their interests and needs, to facilitate learning.
