You will become skilled in this area, allowing for a true career path! Assist us in helping our clients learn to; communicate, play, make friends and resolve challenging behaviors. DESCRIPTION
This rewarding position works with children diagnosed with autism and other developmental disabilities, through implementation of skill teaching, behavior management and data recording to help the children meet their best potential and quality of life. ABC, Inc. is looking for flexible, enthusiastic, hard-working and dependable applicants to join our team. We provide expert level training to all who join our team!

8:00am-5:30pm We provide paid training and supervision to become a Registered Behavior Technician Ongoing and frequent supervision by a Behavior Consultant and BCBAs Opportunity for career advancement within the field of ABA with mentorship and support Automatic enrollment into the Employee Stock Ownership Program (ESOP) Benefits offered for employees who work 30 or more hours/week (Health, Vision, and Dental, Paid Holidays)
REQUIREMENTS
6 months experience, working with the developmentally disabled Must be 18 years or older High School diploma/GED California
DOJ & FBI
fingerprint and background clearance (We will arrange this for you!) TB clearance

Position:
$21.00 - $25.00 per hour The salary range is the range ABC, Inc., in good faith, believes is the range of possible compensation for this role at the time of this posting. This range may be modified in the future and actual compensation may vary from posting based on geographic location, work experience, education and/or skill level. Even within the range, the actual compensation will vary depending on the above factors as well as market/business considerations.
