Job Summary We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our multidisciplinary team. The BCBA will develop, implement, and oversee individualized behavioral intervention plans for children and adolescents with neurodevelopmental disorders, including autism spectrum disorder. This role is essential in promoting positive behavioral outcomes, supporting families, and ensuring compliance with ethical and legal standards such as HIPAA. Duties Conduct comprehensive behavioral assessments, including Functional Behavior Assessments (FBA) and diagnostic evaluations, to identify target behaviors and underlying functions. Design, implement, and supervise individualized behavior intervention plans grounded in applied behavior analysis (ABA) principles. Collect and analyze data meticulously to monitor progress, adjust interventions, and ensure treatment efficacy. Provide clinical supervision to behavior technicians and support staff, fostering professional development and adherence to best practices. Collaborate closely with families, caregivers, educators, and medical professionals to coordinate care plans and facilitate consistent implementation across settings. Perform patient assessments, including intake evaluations and ongoing progress reviews, ensuring comprehensive documentation in compliance with medical records standards. Support school-based programs by integrating behavioral strategies within educational environments for children with autism spectrum disorders. Maintain strict confidentiality of client information in accordance with HIPAA regulations and ensure accurate medical documentation. Conduct behavioral psychological assessments to inform treatment planning and measure outcomes. Engage in ongoing professional development related to neurodevelopmental disorders, behavioral health, and clinical supervision. Requirements Certification as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) through the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB). Proven experience working with children diagnosed with autism spectrum disorder (ASD) or other neurodevelopmental disabilities. Strong knowledge of applied behavior analysis (ABA), functional assessment techniques, and behavior intervention strategies. Experience conducting behavioral psychological assessments and functional behavior analyses. Familiarity with medical terminology, medical records management, and documentation standards such as HIPAA compliance. Prior experience working in home-based or school settings supporting children with disabilities. Excellent client communication skills to effectively collaborate with families, educators, and healthcare providers. Ability to manage multiple cases while maintaining attention to detail in data collection and reporting. Knowledge of medical documentation procedures related to patient care and assessment reports.
