We are currently seeking a qualified Registered Behavior Technician for a school position near Watsonville, CA. 360 Degree Therapy is partnering with an exceptional School District that is looking for several contract RBTs for the current School year as well as for the year 2026-27. On-site positions working with all grade populations.

Assist students on a 1:1 basis within a classroom setting. Implement individuals' IEP Work with all student's grade. Assist with various behavioral levels Assist with toileting and diapering as needed Qualifications and Skills High School Diploma /Associate's Degree Experience working with children of special needs population RBT Certification (Required)
