Key Qualifications & Experience:

Active and current RBT credential required Experience supporting students in educational settings, across elementary, middle, and high school grades is highly valued Comfortable providing one-on-one support to students with varying needs Understanding of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) principles and data collection practices Strong communication skills for collaborating with educators, families, and related service providers Demonstrated patience, adaptability, and commitment to student success

Core Responsibilities:

Deliver direct behavioral interventions to students in grades 1-12 under the guidance of Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) Implement individualized behavior intervention plans (BIPs) in classroom and school settings Accurately record and track student progress and session data Support academic, social, and communication skills as outlined in each students plan Engage in ongoing collaboration with school staff to optimize student learning and inclusion Participate in team meetings and professional development as required
