Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) Arvada, CO (Clinic-Based Only) $20-$26/hour (guaranteed 30 hours/week) About Us We are a growing autism services provider in Arvada, CO, dedicated to delivering high-quality, compassionate care to children and adults. Our clinic-based programs focus on building meaningful skills, increasing independence, and improving quality of life. Position Overview We are seeking an experienced Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to provide direct ABA therapy in a clinic setting only —no in-home or travel required. This role offers guaranteed hours , a consistent work environment, and strong team support. What We Offer ✅ $24-$26/hour (based on experience) ✅ Guaranteed 30 hours per week ✅ Clinic-based work (no travel required) ✅ Health Insurance (Employer contribution: $150/month) ✅ Vision Insurance ($10/month) ✅ Dental Insurance ($15/month) ✅ 401(k) with 2% match ✅ 5 paid holidays ✅ 40 hours paid sick leave ✅ Paid training and ongoing supervision Responsibilities Provide 1:1 ABA therapy to children and adults in a clinic setting Implement individualized treatment plans developed by a BCBA Collect, record, and maintain accurate data on client progress Assist in skill acquisition programs (communication, social, daily living skills) Implement behavior intervention plans and use appropriate crisis management strategies Maintain a safe, supportive, and structured environment for clients Collaborate with BCBAs, supervisors, and team members Communicate effectively with caregivers and team regarding progress and concerns Participate in ongoing training and supervision Qualifications Active RBT certification required (no exceptions) Minimum 1 year of experience as an RBT strongly preferred CPR/First Aid certification required (or willingness to obtain) Crisis management training preferred Willingness to be trained in Professional Crisis Management (PCM) if not already certified Experience working with children and adults with autism Strong communication and teamwork skills Schedule Minimum 30 hours/week (guaranteed) Consistent clinic-based schedule Our Commitment to Inclusion We are committed to creating a diverse, inclusive, and supportive workplace for both our staff and the individuals we serve.
