Compensation & Incentives Base Compensation:

$82,000 - $95,000 annually based on experience. Hybrid Telehealth role that allows for more flexibility to work from home 75% of the time Reimbursement provided for travel costs such as flight, hotel, meals, etc. Earn up to $18,000 annually for bonuses, paid quarterly. Organic Growth:

Qualifications Required:

Must travel at least 25% monthly - one (1) week per month to provide in-person supervision

Required :

Candidates must reside in Colorado and live outside a 50-mile radius of any Behavioral Innovations treatment center.

Required:

Master or Doctorate Level Degree:

Behavior Analysis or related field

Required:

Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) Certification in Applied Behavior Analysis, per BACB guidelines

Required:

Obtaining both

TX & OK LBA

state licensure, reimbursement provided

Required:

Licensed Professional:

LBA per state guidelines, if applicable.

Required:

Minimum of 2 years working as a BCBA.

Preferred:

2+ years of ABA telehealth experience

Preferred:

Experience working with center-based, early intervention children
