ABOUT THE POSITION

We are looking for a

FULL-TIME

passionate and dedicated Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) who is eager to advance their career in applied behavior analysis (ABA) by obtaining their BCBA certification seeking a new career start. You will work directly with individuals with autism and other developmental disabilities, implementing behavior intervention plans designed by Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs). DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Meet weekly billable and productivity requirements - 20 hour week 1-1 direct billable and 20 hour week non direct billable for full-time employment. Implement individualized behavior intervention plans under the supervision of a BCBA. Collect data on client progress and behavior to assist in treatment planning. Collaborate with the BCBA and interdisciplinary team members to ensure consistency and effectiveness of interventions. Provide feedback and support to clients and their families regarding behavior management strategies. Participate in regular team meetings and training sessions to enhance skills and knowledge in ABA principles and techniques. Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client progress and services provided. Assist in any additional direct hours when needed.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

Must have Bachelor's or Master's Degree and enrolled in graduate program working towards BCBA certification or hold a BCaBA certification Must have completed 50% towards supervisory hours. Must hold a current RBT certification. Experience working with individuals with autism or other developmental disabilities preferred. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work effectively as part of a team. Must pass background check

$45,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
