Job Description

Category Schools - BCBA Job Type Contract Step into a fulfilling contract opportunity as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst supporting elementary students for the 2026-2027 school year in the Boulder, CO area. This onsite, full-time position covers two elementary schools and offers the chance to make a meaningful impact alongside dedicated educators.
Key Qualifications:
Active BCBA certification required Valid Colorado Department of Education (CDE) license or an official COOL report must accompany your application submission Previous experience providing behavioral analytic services in educational settings is highly valued Strong collaborative and communication skills for partnering with teachers, families, and staff
Your Responsibilities:
Deliver ABA-based assessments and interventions for students at two elementary schools Collaborate with teachers, parents, and support staff to develop and monitor individualized behavior intervention plans Provide training and support to school staff on implementing positive behavioral strategies Collect data, maintain accurate records, and report on student progress Stay current on best practices in school-based behavioral supports
