This part-time, onsite contract role, located near Boulder, CO, runs from October 1 through May 21, 2027, aligning with the academic calendar and offering predictable hours from 8:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. on student attendance days.

Key Qualifications:

Current or prior certification as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) At least two years of special education experience in a public school classroom (training or private facility settings do not count) Flexible, collaborative approach to working in a team environment Reliable transportation to the work location Independent and self-motivatedno BCBA supervision available, so candidates should not be in training

Primary Responsibilities:

Deliver high-quality behavior interventions for students with autism in an elementary school intensive learning center Work closely with the Principal and Special Education Director to support student progress and well-being Foster a positive, inclusive, and supportive environment for students with diverse needs Collaborate with colleagues and participate in 23 professional training days annually Provide consistent support during student school days, helping learners achieve their fullest potential Benefits of this
