Job Description

EDU Healthcare is seeking a part-time Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to support students with behavioral needs at a local school for the upcoming school year. This is a school-based position working closely with students, teachers, and support staff in a collaborative environment.
Responsibilities:
Implement behavior intervention plans developed by the supervising BCBA Assist students in developing appropriate behaviors and skills Collect and record data on student progress and responses to interventions Monitor student progress and report findings to the supervising BCBA Provide one-on-one support during academic activities, social interactions, and behavioral interventions Assist in de-escalating situations and supporting students during behavioral crises Maintain a safe environment for students during all activities Participate in ongoing training and professional development Work under BCBA supervision and follow ethical guidelines
Qualifications:
Associates or Bachelors Degree (preferred) in psychology, special education, or a related field Active state-level licensure and/or certification OR ability to obtain Registered Behavior Technician Certification A valid teaching license or certification in physical education Experience working in schools or with children is required Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills Ability to collaborate effectively with educators, families, and administrators Come join a therapist-owned organization that values your expertise and supports you throughout the school year.
