Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) - Full-Time | Weekend-Heavy Hours | Canon City, CO 81212 Prime Path ABA Prime Path ABA is hiring an experienced Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) for a single, consistent case in Canon City, Colorado. This is a weekend-heavy, near full-time position with stable hours, strong support, and immediate start availability. Location Canon City, CO 81212 (Must live within 30 minutes of the service area) Schedule (Consistent Weekly Hours) Weekdays (Monday-Friday): 3:30 PM - 6:30 PM (15 hours)

Saturday & Sunday:

9:00 AM - 5:00 PM (16 hours)

Total Weekly Hours:

~31 hours (Near Full-Time) Heavy weekend availability required. Responsibilities Provide 1:1 ABA therapy in the home setting Implement BCBA-designed treatment plans Collect and record accurate session data Follow behavior intervention plans (BIPs) Communicate professionally with caregivers and supervisors Maintain HIPAA compliance and ethical standards Requirements (Non-Negotiable) Active RBT Certification (REQUIRED) Prior ABA experience (REQUIRED) Must live within 30 minutes of Canon City Reliable transportation Strong communication and professionalism Ability to commit to a consistent, weekend-heavy schedule Compensation & Benefits $27-$33 per hour Paid sick time Performance-based bonuses (attendance, consistency, quality) Consistent, guaranteed hours Supportive and responsive clinical team Prime Path ABA is committed to providing high-quality, ethical ABA services with strong clinical support and reliable scheduling for both staff and families.
