$20•30/hour Airborne ABA is a fast-growing ABA therapy provider dedicated to helping children thrive at home, in school, and in the community. We are excited to announce a new opportunity to serve families in Pueblo, Colorado with a 15 mile radius to surrounding areas and we're looking for compassionate, dedicated individuals to join our team as Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) .

What You'll Do:

Work directly with children with autism and developmental needs. Implement individualized behavior intervention plans under the guidance of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). Support skill-building, positive behavior change, and independence. Collaborate with families, schools, and our clinical team to make a lasting impact. Why Join Airborne ABA?

Who We're Looking For:

Passion for working with children and helping them succeed Strong communication and teamwork skills Reliability and consistency ABA or childcare experience a plus (not required — we provide training!)
