Job Description

Hannah's Gift ABA is hiring compassionate and dependable team members to provide one-on-one ABA therapy to children with autism throughout the Carbondale, Colorado area. We are currently offering part-time afternoon opportunities only . This position is ideal for candidates looking for a consistent afternoon caseload while collaborating with experienced BCBAs and a supportive clinical team.
Pay:
$24-$32 per hour, based on experience

Schedule:
Part-time afternoon opportunities only What You'll Do Provide individualized ABA therapy under the supervision of a BCBA Implement treatment plans and collect accurate session data Collaborate with experienced BCBAs and other clinical team members Communicate professionally with families, supervisors, and fellow RBTs Help create a positive and supportive experience for each client Depending on experience, assist with mentoring and training newer RBTs and BTs What We Offer Competitive hourly pay of $24-$32 Consistent part-time afternoon opportunities Opportunities for professional growth and increased responsibility Collaboration with multiple BCBAs and a supportive clinical team Opportunities for experienced team members to assist with training newer RBTs and BTs Ongoing clinical support and guidance Meaningful work helping children and families reach important goals Qualifications A current or previously held RBT certification, experience working as a Behavior Technician, or active progress toward obtaining RBT certification is required Previous experience providing ABA services is strongly preferred Reliable transportation and the ability to work in the Carbondale area Availability during afternoon hours Dependable, professional, patient, and collaborative Comfortable working closely with children, families, BCBAs, and other clinical team members Join Hannah's Gift ABA and become part of a growing team that values collaboration, professional development, and high-quality care.
