Receive a $500 sign-on bonus after your first 90 days with us! What You'll Do As an RBT, you'll work directly with clients under the supervision of a BCBA to help them achieve meaningful progress.

Your responsibilities include:

Deliver one-on-one ABA therapy in home and community settings Teach communication, social, daily living, safety, and independence skills Implement individualized treatment plans Collect accurate session data and document client progress Collaborate with BCBAs, families, and caregivers Prepare therapy materials and implement behavior intervention strategies Maintain ethical, professional, and confidential practices Participate in supervision, ongoing training, and team meetings Every session is an opportunity to create positive change in someone's life. What We're Looking For We're looking for professionals who are passionate about helping others and committed to providing exceptional care. Required Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) Certification (Applicants must already be certified.)
