As an RBT, you will work directly with children in both clinic and home settings, providing high-quality Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). This position is ideal for individuals who enjoy making a meaningful impact, implementing structured treatment plans, and working collaboratively in a supportive clinical environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide one-on-one ABA therapy in clinic and home settings. Implement individualized treatment plans developed by a BCBA. Teach and support skill development in: Communication Social interaction Daily living skills Implement behavior intervention strategies as directed. Accurately collect and document session data. Communicate professionally with caregivers and the clinical team. Maintain HIPAA compliance, confidentiality, and ethical standards.

Compensation & Benefits:
Competitive hourly pay based on experience and qualifications. Full-time opportunities available based on client needs. Qualifications:
Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) credential required. Experience working with children or individuals with developmental disabilities is preferred. Ability to follow structured treatment plans and clinical protocols. Strong communication, organization, and documentation skills. Reliable attendance, professionalism, and a positive team-oriented attitude.
