As a Registered Behavior Technician, RBT, you will provide cutting edge clinical skills, and instructional techniques and behavior reduction protocols based upon the principles of Applied Behavior Analysis to clients in home and our community. RBTs execute treatment plan protocols and collect data consistently and accurately during all treatment sessions using the most up to date data collection technology. You will work with a dedicated, collaborative, cohesive team who are passionate about the work we do, the impact we make and the development of therapists and clients. We believe that compensation and responsibilities should be in-line with our professional standards.- We commit to enhancing our outreach efforts and partnering with organizations in communities of color and LQBTQIA+. The Ideal Clinician will be eager for highly experienced mentoring and guidance as well as having experience with the following:
- Implementation of treatment plans created by the supervising BCBA to increase desired skills and to decrease challenging behaviors
- Work in collaboration with other team members to support each child's success
- Provide treatment in center, daycare, home, and/or school settings
- Provide one to one direct services to kiddos and their families
- Collaborate with the BCBA team to provide insight into programming changes or suggestions
- Maintain client clinical session notes
Qualifications:
- Direct ABA experience (preferred)
- BACB Registered Behavior Technician Certificate
- Reliable transportation, driver's license, insurance, and smartphone
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent time management and interpersonal skills
- A positive attitude and willingness to take direction.
