RBT Requirements:
High School Diploma or equivalent
RBT Certification Experience:
1 year ABA and/or Special Needs (preferred) Reliable transportation, ability to transport, and commute to various locations Tenacity with a heart for helping others and an understanding demeanor
RBT Responsibilities:
Commitment and consistent attendance; students rely on you Deliver behavior intervention plans under BCBA supervision Accurately record client progress data Ensure a safe and supportive environment Collaborate by working closely with BCBA, parents, and support staff Continuous learning by attending regular training to stay updated on best practices
