Job Description

Qualifications Active RBT certification with number on BACB website Experience with autism or developmental disabilities preferred Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to follow instructions and implement plans accurately Spanish-speaking a plus Ability to work independently and as part of a team Must pass a background check Duties Implement individualized treatment plans under BCBA supervision Provide direct therapy to individuals with autism spectrum disorder (ASD) Collect and record data on client progress and behavior Assist with behavior intervention plans Collaborate with the BCBA and team to ensure effective treatment Support clients in social, communication, and daily living skills Use behavior management techniques to address challenging behaviors Maintain a safe and supportive environment for clients
