Advanta Autism Care provides compassionate, high-quality ABA services to individuals and families across the Colorado Front Range, including Denver Metro, Colorado Springs, Boulder, Fort Collins, Loveland, and surrounding communities. We provide in-home and community-based support for individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) and related developmental needs, with a strong focus on collaboration, compassion, and meaningful progress. We are hiring a Behavior Technician who is passionate about helping individuals build independence, strengthen communication, and develop important life skills in a supportive and engaging environment. No prior ABA experience is required - if you are new to the field, we will provide paid training and full RBT certification support. Whether you are already certified as an RBT or are looking to get started in the ABA field, we are looking for team members who care deeply about the work they do and want to continue growing professionally alongside a supportive clinical and operations team.
What You'll Do:
Provide direct ABA therapy in home and community settings based on individualized treatment plans developed by a BCBA Support skill development in areas such as communication, social interaction, daily routines, safety awareness, and independence Collect accurate session data and communicate client progress with the supervising BCBA Collaborate with families and caregivers to help maintain consistency across environments Assist with preparing session materials and implementing individualized programming Maintain professionalism, confidentiality, and ethical standards at all times Participate in ongoing training, supervision, and team collaboration
What We're Looking For:
Current RBT certification preferred, but not required If not yet certified, willingness to complete the RBT certification process Experience working with children, individuals with disabilities, or behavioral health services preferred Compassionate, patient, collaborative, and reliable Comfortable working with a variety of ages, abilities, and behaviors Strong communication and professionalism Ability to pass a background check and reference check Experience with CentralReach is a plus, but not required

Physical Requirements:
Ability to actively engage with individuals throughout therapy sessions in home and community settings Ability to sit on the floor, kneel, squat, bend, and move quickly as needed during sessions Ability to lift, move, or carry up to 50 pounds as needed Ability to safely implement behavior intervention and safety procedures when necessary Ability to work in environments with varying activity levels and sensory stimulation At Advanta Autism Care, we value quality care, strong teamwork, open communication, and creating an environment where both clients and staff feel supported.
