This full-time, onsite contract spans K-12 campuses, where youll provide expertise at the district level, working closely with staff to shape effective behavior support throughout the school year. Your role focuses on guiding building staff, with an emphasis on behavior and autism programs. Rather than managing a direct caseload, you will consult on Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs), develop Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs), and supervise two Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs). This is an impactful opportunity to implement evidence-based strategies and influence programs district wide.
Qualifications and Experience:
Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) credential Active Colorado BCBA license Valid Colorado Department of Education (CDE) certification Previous experience in educational settings, ideally with behavior and autism programs Strong communication and leadership skills to consult and support teams across sites Must be available onsite; remote options are not available for this role
