Bring your expertise in behavior analysis to a dedicated educational environment and help shape positive student outcomes across multiple school sites. This contract opportunity is for a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to make an impact district-wide, collaborating closely with staff to strengthen behavioral and autism support programs for K-12 students. In this onsite, full-time role, you'll act as a resource and leadersupervising Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs), developing Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) and Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs), and providing professional guidance to school staff. With no direct student caseload, your focus will be mentoring, planning, and fostering best practices across various schools throughout the academic year.

Qualifications & Experience:

Valid and active CO BCBA license and current CDE certification required Previous experience working as a BCBA in an educational setting preferred Strong background in behavioral programming for students with autism and related needs Proficiency in conducting FBAs and developing BIPs Effective supervisory skills with the ability to mentor RBTs and support school personnel Exceptional communication, leadership, and organizational abilities Availability to work onsite across multiple K-12 campuses throughout the school year
