Key Qualifications & Experience:

Active Colorado BCBA license and Colorado Department of Education (CDE) credentials (required) Proven BCBA expertise in school settings, ideally with experience supporting both behavioral and autism programs Strong background conducting Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) and developing effective Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs) Prior experience supervising Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) encouraged Excellent teamwork, communication, and leadership skills

Primary Responsibilities:

Provide district-wide behavioral consultation and support across a range of elementary, middle, and high school sites Serve as an in-person resource for building staff, offering guidance and professional development Focus on collaboration rather than maintaining a direct caseload, functioning as a strategist and mentor Oversee the implementation of FBAs and BIPs, ensuring compliance and effectiveness Supervise two RBTs, fostering their professional growth and upholding best practices in intervention delivery Be an accessible, onsite presenceworking face-to-face with educators, students, and teams This is a full-time contract position from early August 2026 through late May 2027, offering a unique chance to drive meaningful change throughout an entire district.
