Key Qualifications:

Current and active BCBA license in Colorado Possession of an active CDE license Proven ability to support and collaborate with school staff in varied settings Experience conducting Functional Behavioral Assessments (FBAs) and developing Behavioral Intervention Plans (BIPs) Previous supervision experience, particularly with Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs), is highly valued Strong communication, mentorship, and leadership skills

Primary Responsibilities:

Provide district-wide behavioral support across multiple K-12 school sites Serve as the lead for support staff working within behavior and autism programs Guide the development and implementation of FBAs and BIPs, ensuring best practices are followed Mentor and supervise two RBTs, supporting their professional growth Offer on-site expertise to building staff, collaborating to address a variety of behavioral support needs Foster a positive, inclusive environment for staff and students alike This role is based entirely on-site, offering a unique opportunity to forge direct connections with staff and students and to see the tangible results of your work every day.
