Job Description

Start an Exciting Career Helping Kids Learn and Grow! Are you looking for a job where you can help kids, have fun, and build a meaningful career? Do you want a role where you can stay active, think on your feet, and make an impact every day? If so, Alpaca Health is the perfect place for you! Why Work with Alpaca Health? At Alpaca Health, we're disrupting the ABA industry by putting clinicians in the drivers seat. We believe that exceptional care starts with empowered providers, which is why we connect entrepreneurial BCBAs with talented RBTs who share their vision for high-quality, people-first ABA therapy. We believe great care starts with happy, supported staff. That's why we match dedicated RBTs with experienced independent BCBAs who will support you, teach you, and help you succeed. Unlike big box ABA companies with too many rules and paperwork, we focus on helping kids and families first. Here's what makes us different: Work directly with a supportive BCBA
  • No managers, no corporate rules—just real mentorship and teamwork. Flexible hours
  • Work part-time or full-time based on your schedule. Paid training & career growth
  • Perfect for those who want to advance in ABA, even becoming a BCBA in the future! Energetic, hands-on work
  • You won't be sitting at a desk! This job is active, engaging, and different every day. No experience? No problem!
  • If you're a self-starter who loves kids and wants to make a difference, we'll train you. Team-oriented but independent
  • Get support when you need it while having the autonomy to problem-solve and think creatively. Be part of a mission-driven team
  • Join a fast-moving, people-first organization that prioritizes real impact over red tape.
What You'll Do:
Work one-on-one with kids in their homes, using play-based learning to help them grow. Follow a personalized plan created by your BCBA to help each child succeed. Track progress and take notes to help improve treatment. Think on your feet —every child is different, and you'll need to adapt and problem-solve. Talk to families and help them understand the child's progress. Join weekly check-ins with your BCBA for support and coaching.
Who We're Looking For:
You might be a great fit if you thrive in a fast-paced, hands-on role where you can take initiative and solve problems independently: Enjoy working with kids and helping them learn new skills. Love to stay active —this is not a desk job! Are a self-starter who can work independently but also enjoys being part of a team. Think quickly and solve problems on the spot —every day is different! Are patient, positive, and resilient —you celebrate the small wins that make a big difference. Want a job that leads to career growth , especially in ABA therapy or becoming a BCBA. What You Need to
