About the Role We are looking for a certified or certification-in-progress Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to provide in-home ABA therapy to a child in the North Denver/Federal Heights area. This is a part-time position offering consistent, stable hours Monday through Friday. Schedule & Hours Monday
  • Friday (8:00 AM
  • 1:00 PM) 25 hours per week Hours vary by client placement In-School setting (School located in the Greeley CO/80634area) Compensation $25
  • 31 per hour, based on experience Responsibilities Implement ABA therapy programs under the supervision of a BCBA Collect accurate data on client progress during each session Follow the individualized treatment plan as designed Maintain professional communication with the supervising BCBA and family Complete session notes in a timely manner Requirements Active RBT certification OR currently in the process of obtaining RBT certification Experience working with children with autism or related developmental disabilities Reliable transportation to client's home in the North Denver area Strong data collection skills Ability to commit to a consistent part-time schedule Why Join Serenity ABA Consistent, predictable schedule — same hours every week One-on-one in-home setting (no clinic chaos) Supportive BCBA supervision A team that actually communicates and has your back
