We believe in a strong work:life balance so that we can show up our best selves for our clients. We are actively seeking a fulltime Behavior Technician, Paraprofessional, or RBT to expand our team. As a part of our crew, you'll work closely with clients, implementing treatment plans developed by our Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs). Responsibilities:
Implement treatment plans designed by the BCBA. Track client progress and behavior. Support skill acquisition, behavior management, and social skills training. Collaborate with team members to refine treatment strategies. Communicate client progress and strategies to families.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's preferred. Experience with children or individuals with special needs. Understanding of ABA techniques and behavior principles. Strong communication and teamwork skills. Reliable transportation and willingness to travel to client homes. Ability to pass a background check.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in ABA, childcare, or as a paraprofessional. RBT certification.

Salary:
$18.29 (training rate) $21.00 - $28.00 per hour (RBTs and BCBA students compensated higher in the pay scale)
