Our professional and compassionate team of Board-Certified Behavior Analysts, Registered Behavior Technicians and Certified Personal Trainers utilize their extensive skills to assist children in overcoming challenging behaviors associated with communication, social skills, and adaptive living skills. What You'll Do:
Provide behavior intervention services to individuals diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder and other developmental disorders in the home, school, and in the community Implement behavior intervention and skill acquisition plans created by and under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) Collect and record data Complete accurate treatment notes in a timely manner Strictly follow BACB guidelines and codes of conduct Attend team meetings Motivate and encourage clients and staff Education, Work-Experience, and Other Requirements Minimum high school degree or equivalent, college preferred Must be able to pass a background check Reliable car, proof of auto insurance and valid driver's license required Bachelor's or enrollment in a B.A. or B.S program preferred ABA experience Preferred Medicaid Number Preferred RBT Certification Benefits Mileage reimbursement Bonuses for referring BCBAs or RBTs Annual Bonuses Annual Raises ( performance based ) PTO Sick-Leave New Mind Behavioral Therapy Culture New Mind Behavioral Therapy is a multi-faceted ABA company because of our progressive outlook of ABA Therapy and our willingness to assist our team with growth in their career and personal development. Pay:
