What were looking for:

Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification Previous experience working in schools or with children/adolescents with behavioral needs preferred Familiarity with Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) principles and data collection Strong communication and interpersonal skills Collaborative mindset and adaptability within a school setting Ability to commit to a full academic year (2026-2027), 3537.5 hours per week Your key responsibilities: Deliver direct, one-on-one ABA therapy to students in classroom and small group settings Collect and document data on student behaviors and performance as part of IEP teams Implement behavioral intervention plans under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) Support teachers and staff in using positive behavior supports and strategies Participate in team meetings, trainings, and ongoing professional development This contract position is a rewarding opportunity to build your skills while helping students develop essential life and learning skills.
