This position offers stable daytime hours, strong BCBA support, and the opportunity to make a meaningful impact with one consistent client and family. Location Parker, CO 80134 (Must live within 30 minutes of the service area) Schedule Monday through Friday 9:00 AM - 4:00 PM 35 hours per week Compensation $27-$31/hour Based on experience, reliability, and availability What We Offer Consistent full-time hours Strong and responsive BCBA support No overbooking between clients Paid sick time Mileage reimbursement between clients when applicable Supportive team environment Opportunities for long-term growth Responsibilities Provide 1:1 ABA therapy services in the home/community setting Requirements Active RBT certification Reliable transportation CPR certification preferred Ability to commute to Parker, CO 80134 Strong communication and professionalism Preferred Qualifications Experience with school-age clients Reliable attendance and consistency Ability to work independently while collaborating with BCBA support Implement behavior intervention and skill acquisition programs Collect accurate session data Communicate effectively with supervisors and caregivers Maintain professionalism and reliability
