We are hiring for full-time and part-time positions. Our technicians provide one-on-one behavior analytic services to children diagnosed with Autism and related disorders while under the direct supervision of a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). Hours of Operation Monday-Friday from 8:00am
  • 4:00 We also offer evenings and Saturdays in the community and in home (optional) Closed for Thanksgiving and Black Friday Closed for Christmas Break (December 23th
  • January 1st) Last Friday of the month is a shortened, community-outing day, followed by a team meeting.
Job Description Provides direct treatment to children under the supervision of the Case Supervisor. Collect and record data on client progress using a company provided tablet and data collection system. Review and implement feedback during each treatment session. Communicates effectively and compassionately with clients, families, and colleagues. Seeks personal growth and training opportunities to ensure clinical excellence. Requirements At least 18 years old High School Diploma or GED Pass a background check RBT Certification (preferred but not required) Experience working with children (preferred) Reliable transportation Ability to stand, sit, squat, bend, twist, and lift up to 50 lbs Current Available Shifts Monday
  • Friday:
    full days and half days Preferably 8:00-12:00 / 12:00
  • 4:00 / 4:30
  • 6:00 or 6:30
Saturdays:
mornings for sports and community-based services (optional) Optional in-home, community-based, and school-based services for those wanting to expand their skills. Optional opportunities to provide support to clients during sport programs.
