Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) - Sign-On Bonus Woven Care - 3.7 Pueblo, CO Job Details Full-time $20 - $24 an hour 21 hours ago Benefits Paid training Paid holidays Health insurance Dental insurance 401(k) Tuition reimbursement Paid time off Vision insurance 401(k) matching Opportunities for advancement Referral program Qualifications High school diploma or GED Full Job Description What You'll Earn $20-$24/hour based on experience and certification $500 sign-on bonus for all new RBT hires Up to $9,000 in tuition assistance, whether you're pursuing your BCBA, a master's degree, or a related career in Physical Health 30 guaranteed hours/week (client cancellations don't affect your paycheck) Medical, dental, and vision coverage 401(k) with company match after 1 year PTO that grows with your tenure + six paid holidays Your Schedule Required availability is Monday-Thursday, 8am-5pm, Friday 8am-4pm. No weekends unless desired, no late nights. 30 hours guaranteed each week regardless of any client cancellations. What You'll Do Day-to-Day Deliver one-on-one ABA sessions with children with autism, ADHD, and other developmental challenges Maintain continuous, attentive supervision of your client throughout each session Respond immediately to client behaviors that may present a risk of harm, including running or sprinting when necessary to reach a child quickly Implement approved behavior intervention and crisis management techniques Collaborate daily with BCBAs and a multidisciplinary team (OT, PT, SLP) Track session data and celebrate real progress with kids and families Show up fully present — this work is active, immersive, and demanding, and the breakthroughs make it worth every bit of it Where This Role Can Take You We invest in your next step, whatever that looks like: Lead RBT — train new teammates while deepening your clinical skills Mentor RBT — shape clinic culture and support fellow RBTs QASP-S — oversee treatment quality across ABA programs BCBA — we support RBTs pursuing their master's degree with internships and tuition assistance OT, PT, SLP, or healthcare administration — we'll support whichever direction you choose What It Takes to Thrive Here We're looking for people with a passion for working with kids and a belief that progress, however small, is worth showing up for every day. The best RBTs we know didn't necessarily start having done it before, but come ready to learn and grow. If that resonates, you'll fit right in! You'll also need: Active RBT certification, or completed 40-hour training with your exam scheduled (you can also join as a BT and earn your certification with our support) High school diploma or equivalent 18 years or older Reliable transportation, Monday-Friday, with full 8:00 AM-5:00 PM availability Comfort working independently in direct care settings
Physical Requirements:
Physical stamina to stay alert and responsive through full therapy sessions, including during high-energy or challenging moments Stay physically active throughout the day: you'll be constantly moving, on the floor, kneeling, squatting, bending, and transitioning between positions.
