Oversee behavioral programs and initiatives across K-12 schools district-wide Provide expertise and hands-on support for staff in behavior and autism programs Consult and assist with FBAs and BIPs; supervise two Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) No direct student caseload, but responsible for supporting multiple educational teams Foster an inclusive, positive learning environment for students and staff
