Qualifications:
Active BCBA license in Colorado Colorado Department of Education (CDE) credential held and current Experience assisting with functional behavior assessments (FBAs) and behavior intervention plans (BIPs) Supervisory experience (overseeing RBTs preferred) Ability to work full-time, onsite, with flexibility to support multiple locations as needed
Responsibilities:
Provide district-wide behavior analysis services across K-12 schools Support staff in developing and implementing FBAs and BIPs Supervise and mentor two RBTs Guide building staff within the districts behavior and autism programs Offer consultation, resources, and training to staff and teams as needed
